This will be a game changer for people who use YouTube and then you suffer from all those strict policies they give you when uploading new content. We are already making progress to give Metropolis Center a new life over at the open-source, community-friendly Peer Tube. What is Peer Tube you asked? Well, Peer Tube is a greatest alternative to YouTube. And, you can upload your new content without worry and hassle-free. Plus, since Peer Tube runs on a non-for-profit service called Framasoft, they don't care too much for your new videos, all you got to do is to sign up, accept the terms and BOOM! You're ready to start posting! The best part of Peer Tube is that you can create your channels in one account. With YouTube, you have to create channels on separate accounts if you have them, which is a bit inconvenient. Second part is, all your new content on Peer Tube will give you all Creative Commons-licensing so everyone can reuse your content for their school projects, college projects, vlogs, documentaries and story videos, copyright-free. I am currently moving towards a CC-licensed channel by the end of this year anyway. The last part of why I'm considering Peer Tube is that your content will immediately be displayed on a homepage of an PT network. Metropolis Center will be posting new content on Glass Bead Collective's network, over at http://video.glassbeadcollective.org. There are currently two test content posts already available on the new MC GBC channel, one of them is the abstract art with some "intimacy" called "You are what you listen," used in the short movie, Error, error. Then, it's the current intro for the Metropolis Center I on the MC EUREKA! channel. Check them both out now:

I may also consider 'rebranding' again the intros for Metropolis Center and MC EUREKA! to begin fit for the Peer Tube GBC website and without any YouTube environments anymore. So with that being said, our new content will be available only on the Peer Tube GBC network, starting December 31, when the rise of a new era begins!
